Brittany Farella
DPT – Owner / Physical Therapist
A Gillette native, Brittany has built more than 15 years of experience in physical therapy, progressing from patient to technician, student, and ultimately earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy. Since beginning her practice in Gillette in 2012, she has gained valuable insight into the specific needs and lifestyle challenges of people living and working in northeastern Wyoming.

Outside the clinic, Brittany stays active by lending a hand on her family’s ranch, going for runs with her dogs, and cherishing time with family. Above all, her most treasured role is being mom to Madison, Molly, and Mayson.
Tiffany Callaway
Office Manager & Billings Coordinator
Hailing from Newcastle, WY, Tiffany contributes over a decade of healthcare administration expertise to the Core 307 team. She manages patient billing, insurance verification, HR, and daily office operations with both efficiency and care.

Personal:
Tiffany loves spending time outdoors with her horses, cheering on her husband Cody at team roping competitions, and raising their two daughters, Mesa and Hazley.

Personal:
Kayla has strong ties to Gillette, with her family having lived and thrived in the area for generations. A standout basketball player in high school and college, she competed at Sheridan College and Black Hills State University. Following her playing career, Kayla discovered her passion for coaching, spending 13 years leading the Twin Spruce Jr. High 7A Girls team and recently completing her fourth year coaching the JV Girls at Campbell County High School.
She earned her Physical Education degree from Black Hills State University, giving her a solid foundation in exercise and physical activity instruction—skills she brings to every patient interaction at the clinic. Outside of work, Kayla and her husband Kelsey keep busy supporting their three children—Maddox, Kathryn, and Lydia—at sporting events, and they enjoy spending free time at the lake with their kids and two dogs.
Gus
Emotional Support Dog
Gus is our cherished emotional support dog and honorary clinic mascot. While he enjoys his naps at work, he also brightens the days of patients and staff alike. When he’s off duty, he lends a paw on the family ranch alongside the full-time cow dogs.
