Brittany Farella, DPT – Owner / Physical Therapist


Born and raised in Gillette, Brittany has over 15 years of experience in the physical therapy field — from patient to tech, student to now Doctor of Physical Therapy. Practicing in Gillette since 2012, Brittany understands the unique demands of life, work, and recreation in northeastern Wyoming.

  • When she’s not at the clinic, Brittany enjoys helping on the family ranch, running with her dogs, spending time with her loved ones, and her favorite role of all — being a mom to Madison, Molly, and Mayson.

Tiffany Callaway – Office Manager & Billing Coordinator


Originally from Newcastle, WY, Tiffany brings more than 10 years of healthcare administration experience to the Core 307 team. She handles patient billing, insurance verification, HR, and day-to-day office operations with professionalism and heart.

Personal:

  • Tiffany enjoys time outdoors with her horses, supporting her husband Cody at team roping events, and raising their two daughters, Mesa and Hazley.

Kayla Hurd – Physical Therapy Tech/ Physical Education


Patient Relations:

  • Educates and instructs patients on physical therapy exercises
  • Patient set up for exercises and modalities

Personal:

  • Kayla has deep roots in the Gillette as her parents and extended family have prospered in the area for generations.
  • She is a stand out high school and collegiate basketball player that allowed her to play at Sheridan College and Black Hills State University. After her playing years, she found the love of coaching where she spent 13 years coaching at Twin Spruce Jr High 7A Girls basketball and just completed her 4th year coaching the JV Girls at Campbell County High School.
  • Kayla has her Physical Education Degree from Black Hills State University which makes her a valuable asset to the clinic. She has thorough education in teaching physical activity and exercise which is apparent when she is working with patients.
  • Outside the clinic, Kayla and her husband, Kelsey, are chasing their three kids; Maddox, Kathryn, and Lydia to various sporting events. They enjoy spending whatever free time at the lake with their kids and two dogs.

Gus – Emotional Support Dog


Gus is our beloved emotional support pup and part-time clinic mascot. When he’s not napping on the job, he’s spreading joy to patients and team members alike. Outside the clinic, he helps out on the family ranch with the full-time cow dogs.
